• online – Our sessions are led via Zoom by default. If you would prefer us to travel to you, we can do this but there may be an extra charge. You can read all about the reasons we have made the decision to work online by default in our Sustainability Statement.
• interactive – Our inclusive training makes space for everyone to be heard and share their experiences; a space where people have time to think, consolidate and take action. Our digital expertise has helped us perfect the interactive nature of our sessions, with engagement and accessibility at the forefront.
• reflective – We scaffold sessions to support trainee reflection and enable people to make sense of the key ideas/ approaches in their own contexts.

For those who find this supportive, we offer pre-session consultation and post-session mentoring sessions to ensure that you and your team get the best out of the training.
