Project Leadership

CCC’s leadership services include consultancy on adult learning, literacies and professional development, led by our MD Claire who brings passion, knowledge and dedication to our work.

The programmes we lead have inclusive practices at their core. Examples include:

  • A national programme of action research for educators, which supported hundreds of teachers, trainers and support personnel each year to do research in post-16 learning communities (2014 – 2022).
  • National training programmes for college lecturers and wider teams, focussing on maths, English and digital learning (ETF, 2014 – 2021). We wrote 74 course programmes, led 716 courses, and reached 10,436 participants.
  • An online learning programme for post-16 educators and trainers focussing on equity and diversity. It is still in use and, in its first year (between Sept 2021 and Out 2022) it was completed by 5,500 practitioners working in colleges and adult learning settings.
